My name is Lizzie and I’ve worked in OOSH for the past 10 years. I have a diploma in children’s services and attend regular training courses each year to further my skills. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to work with children, and I can’t see myself doing anything else. The children surprise me daily with their imagination, creativity, endless energy and their ability to make my inner child come out on a daily basis.

My interests outside of the workplace include wakeboarding, dancing, beach and spending time with my friends and family.

I have been working in child care for more than 18 years and are a mum to two adult children. I started this business in January 2009 and am committed to delivering quality child care where you can relax in the knowledge that your child is being cared for in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
I am mainly involved in running the business and administration of the OOSH but also take pleasure from working hands-on with the children.
I enjoy socialising with family and friends. I find both roles satisfying and challenging. I invite you to visit our centres and look forward to helping you with your child care needs.
Assistant Coordinator and Educational Leader

My name is Kaneisha, I have had 3 years’ experience in the childcare industry and currently hold a Diploma in Children’s Services. I started as assistant coordinator and educational leader with Elermore Vale OOSH in 2018 and have loved working with the family and staff to help guide the children through a fun and inviting environment. As Educational Leader I like to get the children involved in creating a program that interests all the children for participation and socialisation.

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, going on holidays and experiencing new adventures as I watch my own little boy grow.

I love discovering and nurturing children’s hidden talents and empowering them in their areas of interest. I also enjoy giving the children opportunity to develop leadership which encourages responsibility.

My name is Jenni and I am the proud mother of 2 sport obsessed sons! I hold a Diploma in Teaching (Primary Education K-6) from NCAE Newcastle University where my main focus was in Special Education.

Casual Educator

I’m Lauren. I started working at both Elermore Vale and Hillsborough OOSH just under a year ago. I am currently in my final year of studying a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) with my main focus being Health and Physical Education. Encouraging children to be physically active in sport and their own games is something I am passionate about. Working at OOSH allows me to encourage children to explore their personal interests and passions which I look forward to learning about each day.

If I’m not at OOSH I usually spend my time completing study, hanging around netball courts, watching soccer or enjoying quality time with my friends and family J
